In other words, if the customer has spent let’s say, $1,000 with you over time….& the Vacation Gift you’re giving them costs you $97, the actual COST to you is essentially equivalent to a 10% discount.
So you have turned a lame 10% discount into a jaw dropping free vacation!
Don’t take these “expenditure figures” too literally – you may choose to give a stamp on loyalty cards for whatever amount suits your hair salon business – it’s entirely your call.
For example, you might decide to give a stamp on a Loyalty Card for every $100 spend – & that means when a client fills one card with ten stamps, they get the Free Vacation.
The whole idea is to help keep your clients “sticky” – by offering them an amazing FREE VACATION if they keep using your services.
